Since 2018, my cozy home studio has been a warm space for families to capture holiday memories. With a washroom, changing table, and comfy sofa, it’s designed for comfort. Each session lasts around 20–30 minutes, with plenty of patience for little ones to settle in and feel at home. No rush—just relaxed, joyful moments together.

Christmas Studio Sessions in Ottawa
This year, I’ve also rented two beautiful studios in Ottawa—each thoughtfully designed by a professional interior design team for the holiday season. These spaces offer a fresh, stylish setting perfect for families with big kids, couples, engagement photos, or even personal branding and team portraits.
Each 15–20 minute session is short and sweet, yet full of laughter and magic—creating fabulous holiday images you’ll love to share and treasure.

Furry Friends Christmas Mini Session 🐾
Celebrate the holidays with your whole family—including pets! The final day of each holiday theme is reserved just for furry family members to join the festive fun.

- Pet Etiquette: To keep our indoor space fresh and welcoming, please ensure your pet has a bathroom break (pee and poo) before arrival.
- In-Session Guide: Hold your pet when entering the studio, and only set them down for photos to capture those perfect poses.
- Booking Note: When booking, kindly include your pet's breed and weight so we can prepare the best setup for you and your furry friend.

FAQ
What should we wear?
A. You can wear whatever feels best for your family! PJs are adorable and cozy, perfect for capturing those warm holiday vibes. But if you’re aiming for a dressier look, formal or semi-casual outfits work beautifully too. Think reds, greens, plaids, or even neutrals for a classic look. Mix and match if you like – it’s all about capturing your family’s personality!
What if my little one gets shy or fussy?
A. Don’t worry, we’re pros at capturing those genuine moments! We’ll create a fun, relaxed atmosphere to help your kiddos feel comfortable and smile. Sometimes the cutest photos come from those unexpected, candid moments. So, bring along their favorite toy or comfort item and snacks if that helps – we’re here to make it fun for everyone!
How long is the session?
A. Each mini session at home-studio is about 20-30 minutes, depending on the theme you choose! This timeframe is perfect for capturing all the smiles, giggles, and holiday spirit. However, please keep in mind that we have a tight schedule with back-to-back sessions, so we typically can't extend the time due to late arrivals. To make the most of your session, try to arrive a few minutes early to get everyone settled and ready to go. We want every moment to count!
Is there a warm place for us?
A. No worries about the cold – all sessions are held indoors! Our Red Velvet Christmas and Blue Joy setups are in our cozy basement studio, where the temperature stays comfortable at 20-22°C. Jolly Bright is set up in a second-floor bedroom with beautiful natural light, kept nice and warm at 23-25°C. So, don’t bundle up too much! Dress comfortably, and we’ll make sure you’re all cozy and ready to enjoy the holiday magic indoors. 😊
Late & Cancellation Policy
A. Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, we cannot extend your session time if you arrive late, as sessions are booked back-to-back. To make the most of your time, please arrive a few minutes early!
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, you’ll receive a $50 credit, which can be applied to any future booking within one year. This way, you won’t miss out on capturing those special memories!
How long will it take to get my photos?
A. Original Photos: I’ll upload all the original digital photos within 5 days of your session. You’ll have a chance to review and pick your favourites for editing.
Selecting Edited Photos: Please choose your edited photos within 7 days. After December 18th, 2024, selections for edited photos will no longer be accepted.
Edited Photos: Once you’ve made your selection, I’ll have your beautifully edited photos ready within 10 days!
Photo Download Deadline: All original digital photos will be deleted on December 31st, 2024, so please remember to download them as early as possible! 🎄
How many photos will you take? How much for extra edited photos?
A. The number of photos can vary depending on each family's unique interactions and the different groupings we capture. We’ll do a mix of family group shots and individual photos of babies or kids. So far, sessions have ranged from 30 to 150 original photos, depending on the dynamics and energy of the group. I’ll make sure we capture all those precious moments!
If you'd like additional edited photos, they are available for $25 each or $100 for a bundle of 5 photos. This way, you can choose the perfect amount to capture all your favorite moments from the session!
