What can I do if my little one feels uneasy around new faces or places?
No worries, mama! Pack their favorite toy or blanket to give them that little touch of home. Consider coming a bit early to let them explore the area at their own pace. Oh, and a few yummy snacks can always work wonders in keeping those tiny frowns upside down!
What happens if it rains on our session day?
We have a plan B! If you're booked for May 9th, please also keep May 13th free as that will be our backup date at the same scheduled time. Similarly, if your session is on May 14th, the backup date will be May 15th at the same time. This way, you won’t miss out on capturing those beautiful cherry blossom moments, even if the weather is a bit uncooperative. We’ll always find a way to make sure your session happens!
What should we wear?
Comfort is key! Slip on some cozy shoes and choose light-colored outfits to keep cool. Don’t stress about the details—once you’ve booked with us, we’ll send you a full guide on everything you need to know.
What about the payment and deposit?
There is a $199 deposit required to secure your spot, which is non-refundable. If you find you can't attend, we kindly ask that you find another family to take your place. The remaining balance of $100 is payable in cash only on the day of your session.
What about parking and arrival time?
Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts to ensure you have enough time to find parking. If your babies or kids need a little extra time to get comfortable with the environment, consider arriving a bit earlier. This helps everyone feel settled and ready for a wonderful photo session.
What is the late and cancellation policy?
If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, your session will be cancelled. However, you're welcome to wait at the location until the last clients have completed their sessions, and the photographer may still take your photos without additional payment. Remember, the deposit for the mini-session is non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, please find another family to take your spot.
